Refund & Return Policy

At Yuna, we strive to provide the highest quality Korean skincare to our community in Ghana. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. No Returns

To ensure the integrity of our skincare products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We encourage you to review your cart carefully before completing your purchase to ensure you have selected the correct products for your skin type.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged during the delivery process, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Proof of Damage: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and the packaging.

  • Timeframe: Damage claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • Evaluation: Once we receive your email, our team will review the case and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Process:

If your claim is approved (within 14 days from placing the order), your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via mobile money/bank transfer as agreed) within a certain amount of days. You will need to pay 50ghc flat return shipping.
